REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICIES:
MADE TO MEASURE:
- Any garments ordered under the Made To Measure section of DBL are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- We offer a full alterations service for Made To Measure garments
- Please return the garment to the address below after completing the alterations form found in your parcel with the date you need the garment for, should this be for a specific event.
- PLEASE NOTE we can only make items smaller under the free alterations policy
- If an item is too small due to incorrect measurements then we can still alter this however there will be a remake fee. Please email email@example.com to organise this.
- No accessories/swimwear/underwear will be eligible for refund or exchange
- If an item arrives and is faulty/not as described, then please contact a member of staff for an exchange. If an item is subsequently returned to us in an unsellable/unfixable condition due to no fault of DBL then part refund can be offered, or you are welcome to keep the item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving a garment if you believe it to be faulty. Refunds can then take up to 14 days to be processed.
- PLEASE NOTE the cost of returns/exchanges is not refunded
