REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICIES:

 

 

MADE TO MEASURE:

  • Any garments ordered under the Made To Measure section of DBL are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • We offer a full alterations service for Made To Measure garments
  • Please return the garment to the address below after completing the alterations form found in your parcel with the date you need the garment for, should this be for a specific event.
  • PLEASE NOTE we can only make items smaller under the free alterations policy
  • If an item is too small due to incorrect measurements then we can still alter this however there will be a remake fee. Please email customercare@dressedbylauren.co.uk to organise this.
  • No accessories/swimwear/underwear will be eligible for refund or exchange 
  • If an item arrives and is faulty/not as described, then please contact a member of staff for an exchange. If an item is subsequently returned to us in an unsellable/unfixable condition  due to no fault of DBL then part refund can be offered, or you are welcome to keep the item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving a garment if you believe it to be faulty.

 

PRE MADE GARMENTS:
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving
  • Items must be unwashed and unworn with all tags intact
  • We reserve the right to deny any refunds or exchanges on garments with any damages, this includes but is not exclusive to cosmetic stains, deodorant stains, snagging from accessories or holes/tears due to negligence.
  • Our fabrics are very delicate, we advise no decorated accessories/jewellery/bags to be worn close to the garments as this may cause snagging. Should a garment be snagged we will not accept it's return.
  • Any garments bought during BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY  or BOXING DAY SALES are not eligible for refunds.
  • We do offer alterations on Pre Made items, please follow the instructions below.
  • If a Pre Made item is altered you forfeit your right to a refund or exchange.
  • No accessories/swimwear/underwear will be eligible for refund or exchange 
  • 'Lucky Dip' items may not be returned, they may be exchanged for another 'Lucky Dip' item if pre-discussed with Customer Care. 'Lucky Dip' items are pre-made stock, please do not attempt to request specific items as this is not an option on this purchase.

 

    HOW TO RETURN A GARMENT:

    • Fill out the returns form that will come with your parcel, with either the alterations needed/size or colour you'd like to exchange for/ return and reason for and the date the garment is required.
    • Package this up together with the item and securely close the package.
    • If you wish to exchange an item please contact us to ensure the other item is in stock.
    • We advise all items are sent with a tracked/signed for service, we take no responsibility for lost returns.
    • If you order arrives to us after the 14 days we will NOT refund nor exchange this. Should there be a legitimate reason for late return please contact us and this can be organised under management discretion.
    • PLEASE NOTE the cost of returns/exchanges is not refunded
