HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH?
- HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
All garments take 2 weeks from the date of purchase, as all garments are handmade to order. We use Royal Mail Signed For delivery service. If you've ordered from Over Seas please allow an additional 7-10 days for items to arrive. Garments do not take 2 weeks to make, our lead time is due to the volume of orders we receive.
- I WANT TO ORDER SOMETHING BUT I NEED IT ARRIVE SOONER THAN THE TWO WEEK LEAD TIME, IS THIS POSSIBLE?
We offer a RUSH ORDER SERVICE for an additional £10-£20 (dependant on garment) on top of garment price, including shipping. This cost is completely separate from the cost of garment and is non refundable. We also offer a VIP SHIPPING option for £30, this will get a garment to you the next working day. To qualify to have the VIP SHIPPING your chosen fabric must be in stock and this must be processed by 2pm at the latest. If you'd like a Rush Order for an Over Seas purchase please email email@example.com to organise this as costs will vary.
- WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Apple Pay
- CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER?
If a mistake is made on an order please contact us within 1 working day to change this, you can do this via Instagram @dressed_by_lauren, email firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. As garments are made to measure and costs are borne to us immediately after an order is placed we do not offer a cancellation service, please be sure of an order before placing.
- MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED AND IT DOESN'T FIT QUITE RIGHT, WHAT CAN I DO?
If a garment arrives and is a little too big, or long please use the returns form in your parcel to send this back to the below address with information of the alterations needed. If a garment arrives, and due to incorrect measurements, it is too small then we can still alter this for a small remake fee.

We are always open to custom ideas! Just email over a detailed description or as much imagery as you have and someone from our customer care team will let you know what; possible and costings.
- DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?
We do not offer refunds or exchanged on Made To Measure items, please see the ''Returns and Exchanges' page for information.
- HOW DO YOU SEND OUT PARCELS?
We send garments out using Royal Mail, all UK Mainland parcels will arrive within 3-5 working days, all other UK parcels (highlands and IRE) will take 2 working days. When your garment is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email, then a text on the day of arrival to let you know a time slot.
REST OF THE WORLD-
We send Over Seas parcels via DHL, we use a fully trackable service and you will be provided with a tracking number via email on the day of dispatch. MOST items sent with DHL will be with you in less than 2 working days, in the event that you are based somewhere remote this can take up to 5 working days.
PLEASE NOTE WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS, THIS ISSUE LIES WITH THE COURIER SERVICE USED.
- HOW DO I WASH MY DBL?
Most items can be washed on a Delicate wash at 30 Degrees, however we always recommend hand washing to ensure items look their best for as long as possible.
